Spun's Configs 7.0

In this update the configurations are pretty much 100% how I want them to be. future updates will likely be to add cars or minor fixes.

Changed all license plates to VR plate design.
Removed Most Trailers.

Adjusted alignment on most vehicles, they should go straight with cruise control set to 100km/h.
Due to limitations some may not go perfectly straight.

Removed "simple traffic" configurations as you can load them under "save & Load"

I hope these are slowly getting better, its feels to me they are but I am currently using a broken
controller. A and B barely work, both stick buttons barely work. and neither stick fully returns
to center.
