Beta Standard Kei/Tiny Car Package 4.0

Hi all, another quick update about this package. Since the upcoming Automation "Al Rilma" is still far away, we decide to update this package soon.

For the engine option, we still using Inline 3, but change to Nature Aspirated 658cc, power rating downgrade to 90Hp/100Nm, to match with Mini Package power rating, since it is also part of the K-car series together with the Mini(M) Series. All car from this package will formally under G category. Stay tune.
