Beta Standard Kei/Tiny Car Package 4.0

Hi all, another quick update about this package. Since the upcoming Automation "Al Rilma" is still far away, we decide to update this package soon.

For the engine option, we still using Inline 3, but change to Nature Aspirated 658cc, power rating downgrade to 90Hp/100Nm, to match with Mini Package power rating, since it is also part of the K-car series together with the Mini(M) Series. All car from this package will formally under G category. Stay tune....

- Re-Export car
- Minor adjustment with suspension setting (Inspire by ANGA)
- Change engine, Inline 3 660cc with single natural aspirated and single turbo charge engine.
- BOX, major overhaul, from natural aspirated to turbo charge engine.

Kei/Tiny car package now come to generation 3 package. This package content 18 car, which is added 2 new car, and remove 12 car to new package, which call Kei/Tiny ANGA car package. Due to upload size limitation (BeamNG.Drive only allow up to 600MB), original car package content 30 car which is over 700MB, we decide split into 2 package, beside that, ANGA car package will become our next major focus on suspension performance, currently still on development stage yet.
