Adds Startup and Warning Chimes to BeamNG's Vehicles

    Due to a bug I wasn't aware of in specifically EV vehicles, I had to disable some functions in vehicles that have an EV configuration in game, just until I work on a true fix to this issue.
  2. New Features!

    -Added chime for high coolant temp/radiator damage
    -Added chime for piston rod and induction system damage
    -Added chime for Starved Oil and Overheating Oil

    As always all changes have been reflected on the Dev Template for this mod (Typically the Dev template has these new features before the forums gets updated)
  3. Minor Code Update

    -Minor update to the door chime code which stopped the sounds from playing when the ignition chime is playing. Change should have completely removed any overlapping in those sounds
    -Same change was added to the code on the Dev templates
  4. Major Changes and Feature Update

    - Further potential bug fixes/cleaning up of code
    - Door chime now turns off when ignition chime plays so there is no overlap or delay of sounds either after resetting or if the door chime remained active after a vehicle start up leaving the ignition chime to eventually play after the other conditions were met
    - Added chime when engine is broken (engine light appears on dash)
    - Added chime for some mods (Autobello Baionetta, ETK900, Windsor) more to come
    - Updated ETK K chime to modern chime...
  5. Small Fixes and Improvements

    1. Fixed a potential issue with the H-Series causing chime to never turn off
    2. Improve ETK Chime Sound Quality
    3. Changed the Sunburst to have an older style chime to better fit the vehicle
    4. Updated toe Vivace to use chimes from a French vehicle (Sounds provided by a forums user @scrimmy (the old sound are still available in the 'art' folder of the mod if you wish to change it back to what it was before)
