      When you run the stuntdriver scenario it should revert all slowmo to normal speed. If it’s still stuck outside of the scenario, you can press ALT+UP ARROW on your keyboard to make the game run in realtime speed.

      Not sure what you mean by chief meeting scene? Sounds like another mod perhaps?
