SuperDragon1026's engine and transpack 2.0a

So for some reason most of the gas motors didn't get the updates needed to use all the default slot types of the D-series. I don't know if I didn't do that or lost the files for the new ones. Anyway they are now fixed. I also updated the transmissions and added a Drag version of each one that adds manual shifting modes if they don't already have them, as well as a trans brake.
