Swedish Police Department 1.2

Hello! Long time no see, life has been busy and a lack of motivation has delayed updates longer than i was planning for.

Hopefully everyone will be more than happy to see an update!

Update 0.8 contains the following:

-Lights for the Bastion Wagon

-Swedish Police skins for:
ETK800 (Sedan and Wagon)
Vivace (Tograc only)
Gavril Scout
Procyon Centauri
Bastion (Wagon only)

-Edited Lights for Vivace, ETK800, Scout and Centauri.
(Added additional lightbar for the Scout)
(Added new roof rack lights for the Centauri)

-Procyon Centauri Unmarked now emitts light
(No other unmarked car emitts light as of yet because it takes-
a very long time, this will come in the next update)

-Configurations with Thumbnails for all cars
