Swedish Rally License Plate 2.0

Hello again! Completely forgot aboutthis mod until this afternoon, so i decided to fix the glaring faults with this mod. Keep in mind i remade it from scratch in very little time, so issues are still present.

List of changes:
Better and actually acurate generation.
Changed positioning on the small plate to match IRL more.
Redid the coloring of both plate types, the EU model might be a bit too red.

The mod is bigger than it needs to be, but I call it future proofing as I will proceed...
