Switzerland + Liechtenstein License Plate Pack 3.0.2

As the most recent update (0.35) also came with an updated version of the EU plates, I have adjusted all the textures accordingly to now work with this new system. Basically, BeamNG applied the materials of the US plates to the EU plates and added a proper debossed back plate. Although there is no longer a colour difference between US and EU plates (yes finally!), it also meant that all the textures I used previously now appeared to seem REALLY off, so I decided to release this colour fix. While I was at it, I also decided to slightly adjust the normal maps so that now the Liechtenstein coat of arms appears more embossed on the front plates. Nothing too big, just a small update, hope you enjoy!
