Beta T-Series Vintage Ramp Truck 0.62

v0.62 update:
- Fixes headlights textures
- Fixes diesel v8 erroring
- Fixing mixer falling apart
- Adds info population to get truck to show up in career mode
(a larger update will come, I haven't forgotten about this mod, I just currently am busy with other projects at the moment)

Update v0.6:

-Fixed broken nodes on spawn
-Added a fully operational winch (Shift+I to extend winch, Shift+K to retract winch, can break during high speed crash)
-Strengthened ramps and bed
-Added utility configs (total 15 variations now, many utility options now)
-Added config info so there is description and accurate info for each variation
-Fixed wheels catching on front fenders easily
-Fixed rear window deforming to easily
