Tanner Caffe Racer & Sidecar 1.1

beamng is having a problem with packing and unpacking mods, and it'll kill .dae files sometimes, and has many anurisms. I hope this is fixed, because every time I clear my casche it breaks, I unpack it, and it's fixed, pack it, and it breaks -_-

I think through just repeating it until I get lucky, I finally have a working version where you should be able to see the wheels and tyres like normal. Sorry for the hassle
