Thailand License Plate Pack (Remastered) 2.1.86IMP

Another BIG update coming!
I know, this is the special one... And here's the list in this update:

- Added 2 new provinces for Graphical Plates, Chonburi (ชลบุรี) and Saraburi (สระบุรี).
- Added a missing letter 'ผ' (A Pho Phung Character) for every modern layout (1997 and later plates).
- Improving plate pattern generator to be more standardized and constructive (applied in every 1997 and later plates as shown below).



Here's the differences of the plate json file (As shown in thai_privateowner_sp.json):

= After.
