Thailand License Plate Pack (Remastered) 2.1.86IMP

This update might be a little bit important, because I was research some more old cars images I found online. And found out that the 1960s font looks quite familiar to the successor of that one: the 1975-1997 plates.

So... this is the changelog from this update:
- Replaced the short-life SOV_station font with the existing 1970s platefonts and plate generation system. (But don't worry, this font will be used again in my future projects... If I have any idea for it)
- Adding provincial plates for 1960s plate (It's use short form of the full provinces name in Thai, starting with Chiang Mai (ช.ม.) and Samut Prakan (ส.ป.) first)
- Alignment some bit of 1970s plates to be more standardized (again).
