Thanebulance 1.1.1

Hello, welcome to the 1.1 Update of the Thanebulance, that was developed with the help of @Frank1294. The update completely remasters, enhances and restructures the Mod, and the File attached to it.

The 1.1 Changelog:
- Restructured the entire Mod Folder, making it more accessible, and easier to work with. Mainly a change for me, but it might serve as an Inspiration for other Mod Creators on how to Build up a Mods Folders.
- Switched from the Vanilla Materials to my own, and updated to PBR Materials. This also enhances the glow, and colour of the Lighting.
- Remade the Blender Models, and added, re-arranged and repositioned various Lightings.
- Added a Interior Lighting (With Props, take that CETAM Ambulance!), that is triggered if the rear doors are opened.
- All Upfit Lighting can be selected and removed, or colour changed (Amber, Blue or Red).
- Additional Lighting was added to the H-Series.
- Additional Lighting now includes more options:
'-> Door Window Lighting (Vertical and Horizontal)
'-> Fender Lighting on two Positions, not identical Positions by both vehicles.
'-> Grill Lighting adjusted on Both vehicles, and includes new versions to choose from.
- Added 5 new Patterns, all of them support all Lighting. There are still some Bugs in them, and It might take some while until they are ironed out. Especially Grill Lighting appears buggy with some Patterns.
- 30 new Configurations, 15 for each vehicle, 3 per Colour Combination (Full-Blue, Full-Red, Full-Amber, Red-Blue). Those Combinations consist of a High, a Medium and a Low Visibility Option. This mainly falls back to the amount of Lightings on the Upfit.

PLEASE REMOVE THE OLD VERSION, THE TWO MODS WILL CONFLICT WITH EACH OTHER
