Unsupported The CrashHard Dummy 1.5.1

- the Pessima dummy file is duplicated FIXED
- stronger seats for Pessima overwrite and break the normal seats FIXED
- there are some leftover configurations for the D-Series that aren't even set up properly FIXED
- the mod breaks textures on the Offroad Van mod (did not have this problem)
FIXED (I hope)
- It breaks the T-Series cab Jbeam FIXED
- It breaks driver camera on D-Series, H-Series and Roamer FIXED
- It overwrites and breaks the Miramar...

- Added the dummy to the rest of the BeamNG cars It would fit into

- Fixed Texture problem some people where having by making a orange texture, and not using a gray texture and controlling the color with thediffuseColor setting.

- Removed some mod files that was not mine, that was in the common folder.
