Beta The Hawk (Story Campaign) 0.36

Fixes former issues with mission getting stuck on loading screen, and allows more seamless integration with the mission system (your car will no longer be deleted when abandoning the mission), and adds the Hawk Special as a proper config. Be aware there may be unexpected behaviors when launching the mission from the scenario screen.

Fixes issues with level/Flowgraph load, converts scenario into mission (still playable from the scenarios screen), reorders end screen buttons so that 'continue' is highlighted by default, and offers 'skip' option on some fail screens, adds additional details to the police station and jewelry store interiors, fixes investigation markers disappearing from some angles, introduces a few changes to writing and music, and adds some new features to Hawk's car.
