My mad max inspired mod

    Changes made in v0.87:
    -Changed a few default setting when spawning thing like wheels with correct tires.
    -categorized the correct tires to the right rims.
    -Fitted the gt500 tires proper to the rims.
    -Added the preview pictures Marcus_gt500 made.
    -Fine tuned the BLACK_MAMBA config for more stability.
    -Added 2 configs:-Scout_I6_Turbo.
    -Mad_Max2.
    -Fixed textures on the gasser intake belt.
    -Added 2 Magnum Opus skins(Tar,Primer) converted and delivered by Marcus_gt500.
    -Marcus_gt500 provided some needed .json files.
    -Added the Venom 489 engines like the burnside (again you need the vendetta sound mod).
