My mad max inspired mod

    Changes made in v0.85:
    -Added external throttle system to the interceptor blower.
    -tuned the suspension a bit for the mad max config.
    -Added front race bumper B.
    -Added front race bumper alt B.
    -Thanks to KèrozéN we now have additional preview pictures, he send me this as a gift, so thank you my friend.
