Timetrials and Missions for MOTORSPORTS PLAYGROUND 1.5

-Added Distance jump mission for the mega ramp
-Added Collect mission in the offroad area
-Added Delivery mission on the beach
-Fixed zones in the drift missions

Figured I'd have a look at this, surprisingly was not as broken as I thought it would be. Still had some things to clean up though, so that's all fixed now. Also managed to brute force an AI race into working. I'd like to do more but I just can't get them to work with the navigation on the map.

Added 4 missions.

- Three crawling missions in the off road area
- One Hypermiling mission

Added a few time trials
Added a barrel knocker scenario
Added two drift scenarios
Added a long jump scenario
Added a crawl scenario

Unfortunately I can't get AI races to work well so none of those yet, and I don't work on this much because I have lots of other things to do.
