Thanks to the author of this mod https://www.beamng.com/resources/trailers-in-parts-selector.19535/ so I was able to connect front and rear part using hitch tow.

The trolleybus is composed from two vehicles - front and rear part. Both are equipped with electric engine and battery, you have to power both (ignition and put to D or R) of them separately after they are spawned coupled.
