Beta Trynelgren 3.1

This update includes the following:

improved textures
improved vegetation
improved heightmap
improved roads
improved lighting
skybox
updates for the old/outdated scenarios

This map should work. However, I just zipped the file and skipped the testing aspect. So, yeah...

One of my entries in managedItemData was a little off. This was causing Trynelgren to go hunting in ECA for a mesh and lod. The description stills says 2.9 because I forgot to change it.

- My old method of moving terrains between Cryengine and Beamng was causing some unneeded compression, which was creating bumps. My new method does not create this compression. The outcome of this change is smoother, better roads.
- Some visual changes from 2.7.

-All of the scenarios have new images.
-The "Bollide Classic" is now at a much more atmospheric time.
-The "Super Lap" actually features super cars.
-The "Super Lap" is now set in the fog.
-The color of the Grass was changed a little.
