Turbo new pessima! 1.45

As the title says. I got the folder structure wrong...

New diesel automatics (using allison behaviour)
2.3dx base model uses old 5 speed behaviour, you have to upgrade to LX to get the new transmission

2.0TDCi and 3.0TDCi have been refined a bit with turbocharger improvements.
Next update i will change audio settings, to normalise the volume of each engine somewhat

Petrol gearboxes now use Allison behaviour (1c-2c-2l-3l) for smooth acceleration. Each is now a 5 speed.

Diesels have less rough shifting now, however have not been given the Allison treatment yet. They will in future.

The transmissions actually shift in a predictable pattern
5 speed petrol auto has been replaced with a 6 speed (extra od gear)

Adds sounds back to the diesels.
Added diesel DX model, 120hp

It's back. No crazy torque steer this time. All works.
