- Added the following plates:
- Alternate font for the black Guernsey plate
- White and yellow Guernsey plates
- Jersey hire car plate
- Northern Ireland "Metro" font plate*
- Temporary plate
- Moved the D on the US size Diplomat plate to the bottom, to reflect the real life versions
- Other various minor changes, fixes and improvements
