Beta Ultimate Gavril Vertex Pack 1.0 remaster

This update :

-Adds two configurations.

-Adds new data in vehicle descriptions (torque, power, and weight/power).

-Modifies the descriptions of almost all vehicles in the mod to make them more realistic and closer to the original mod.

-Removes the French part of the vehicle descriptions.

-Now details the changes of the "color" section in the vehicles configuration updates; thanks to the new vehicle configuration UI.

-Corrects a major problem with my mod: the other prerequisite mods to download it. So I deleted one of my configurations which used a mod (shield). and I asked permission from a mod creator to allow me to add the part I'm using from his mod:
Thanks to Bellaistrans who allowed me to add the whydra “Amphibious Wheel” to the pack. The wheel come from his mod: "Bella's Vanilla Wheels Add-on".
