Beta Ultimate Gavril Vertex Pack 1.0 remaster

This update adds 5 less thematic and more normal vehicles than what I usually do and also a change to the vehicle descriptions:
1. the descriptions were first written in French, then in English, now the two are reversed
2. now there is a capital letter at the beginning of each sentence and a period at the end; it's better

In the list of vehicle changes in the mod, the modifications to the "tuning" and "color" parts are now detailed (not for all the models in this update because I only decided on this change well after the modification of the mod). 'a large part of the vehicles updated)

From now on, update descriptions are first written in English and then in French
I also increased the resolution of the car photos in the mod

From now on all my configurations revert to normal number plates (they change depending on the map) and therefore I delete the addition of the cliff roads plate in my mod



Cette mise à jour ajoute 5 véhicules moins thématiques et plus normaux que ce que je fait d'habitude et aussi un changement au niveau des descriptions des véhicules :
1. les descriptions étaient d'abord écrites en français, puis ensuite en anglais, maintenant les deux sont inversés

À partir de maintenant toutes mes configurations reviennent sur les plaques d'immatriculation normales (c'est à dire qu'elles changent en fonction de la map) et donc je supprime l'ajout de la plaque cliff roads dans mon mod
