there seemed to be a new bug that caused it to limit the speed of automation cars. I don't know what changed, but to fix this I put in gearing before and after the rotators to bring its RPM down since that seemed to be the limiting factor.
I had to change a little more, so your pre-tuned setups you have will change a little, sorry.

- added a transfer case for FWD applications that can also work with AWD
- added a Rear intercepting driveshaft to put in a hybrid system
these new parts add weight, and inertia to the system which will put the braking tune out. It will significantly reduce braking efficiency to the driven wheels because I couldn't figure out how to add regenerative braking.
