This is simply good and well put together. I rarely rate but this mod deserves it. Will you add a CVT here as well?
It need some love, and fits the base sunburst and (maybe) fcv.

  Tunable lockup gear is not realistic in 90's gearbox, also vehicle with AT is significantly fuel inefficient than its MT counterpart. In a 4-speed, lockup at 4th gear is more common than 3rd gear, even the fuel economy is lower.

I get God-awful gas mileage when driving the Wendover V8 with this transmission, not to mention the engine kinda drones. I suggest setting the minimum lockup gear to 3 - I did that and it solved everything. Better yet, make sliders for all these options!

  After double-checking the mod in both download and in-game repo I can tell the FCV 9AT is already fixed, may be re-download the mod?

Awesome, those gearboxes are far better than the official ones, you fixed one of the problems that has been bothering me for years in the game, thank you a lot. One little suggestion is that the gearbox's reactions feels a bit slow to shift up a lot of speeds, maybe you could try to make the agression reduction a little bit faster, but that's just a personnal opinion on the feeling of the gearbox. You can be sure that I will only use your gearboxes in the game now :)

  The current problem is if you increase the aggression decrease speed, it'll affect both D and S mode. I still yet to know how to adjust the aggression down speed separately.

This is EXCELLENT, much much more realistic in real behavior. Also there's no more throttle surge when shifting at lower RPMs like the stock configs.
