Outdated Updated Shiftlogic Automatic Transmissions 4.34

Makes slushboxes more comfortable to drive. Now with electric motors

    AT:
    Updated wheelslip shift prevention logic, according to 0.22 update. The transmission now (correctly) downshifts when driving on water.
    DCT:
    Updated wheelslip shift prevention logic, according to 0.22 update. The transmission now (correctly) downshifts when driving on water.
    Remove all codes related to "clutchCoastdown" "dctClutchCoastdownTime" "dctCoastdownThrottle" since they don't actually improve downshifting smoothness.
    SCT:
    Updated wheelslip shift prevention logic, according to 0.22 update. The transmission now (correctly) downshifts when driving on water.
    Improved creep logic, shifting from R to D or D to R when using arcade gearbox with very high throttle/brake no longer stalls the engine.
    Lowered rev-match throttle at very low aggression.
    Added a throttle cap to prevent hitting the redline during kickdown.
    Made the 5SCT on the FCV more sluggish*.

    Electric Motor:
    Brake lights now turn on with sufficiently high(adjustable) regen torque
    The reduction of regen torque with very high brake setting(emergency brake) is now more gradual.

    *Note: The SCTs on the modern ETK and the SBR4 are high-performance, which shift faster and rev-match more accurately than most human driver using MT, but still shift slower than DCTs.
    The 5SCT on the FCV on the other hand is economical, which is suitable on the Vivace/Tograc 110/110d. For people cannot afford higher trim but too lazy to drive a manual.
