UPP v3.18.2

I didn't realize that the Late ECU for the LeGran, Wendover, and Lansdale didn't go all the way to 6k as I hoped. I also added a long ratio 5-speed manual to the 200BX.

I added a Transmission Deoptimizer under the Universal Mods slot that is under the license plate slot. I believe I also added a Late ECU to the LeGran, Wendover, and Lansdale, that mimics the behavior of the ECU on my Buick 231CI

Added a 3.0L V6 Diesel to the Grand Marshal

Using some old files from the version picker from the Steam properties menus, I got the old pigeon engine specifications and added it to the Covet and I made a 658cc very basic config.

I fixed the turbochargers from the Old T-Series and the Wentward and allow them to spool at engine rpm's past 3000

I made some modifications to the 378 Diesel engine to make it more in line with the Oldsmobile Diesel V8. I removed the 3-Speed Diesel automatic transmission but kept the 4-Speed Overdrive. I replaced the 3-speed diesel automatic with a locking diesel torque converter from the Gavril D-Series.

I have deleted some of the main material files, but I am not sure why they were there in the first place. The mod should work fine, but just as a precaution, if you encounter any issues, please let me know by posting in the discussions section of this mod.

I fixed the textures on the moonhawk, and readded the Eco Diesel!

Added the GTz turbo to the 2.4L I4
I started the process of finally adding some vanilla-looking screenshots.

Updated the parts to fit the new vehicle name of the 200BX,
I removed the Ultra high performance radiator and the GTz turbocharger (The turbo will come back eventually but I was in a bit of a time crunch)
