UPP v3.18.2

I added the 2.1L diesel and turbos from the Blackfoot and the 4.1l I6 from the d-series to the hopper.
I will revert this if atomspeed123 wants me to.

I built the engine, transmission, and final drive from the Lacetti and put it on the Pessima.

Added 1.5L blown I4 from the old covet to the new covet.
Added the old pigeon motor bike engine to the 200bx

added the I3 from the covet to the 200bx
added a Locking limited-slip diff to the covet
