Beta Used Car Generator 0.7.1

This is great fun! I could see this adding a interesting bit of depth to the sandbox portion of the game.

Could have an advanced mode that allows us to fine tune the condition of each system, and/or be able to disable wear on certain systems when randomly generating vehicles?

Also a button to replace the current vehicle with a randomly generated one would be great

Amazing mod. Only problem is that the app clears itself whenever you open any menu, so you have to put in the options again.
