Beta Used Car Generator 0.7.1

- Nerfed Fixture Damage at low condition
- Air Pressure tanks are (hopefully) less likely to be impacted by fixture damage (at medium condition)
- Rewrote the HTML file of the app completely
- Minor design changes to the app

KNOWN BUGS SINCE 0.33:

- MD-Series paint color is always white or grey when applying condition to current vehicle
- MD-Series and T-Series can have their pressure tank destroyed from fixture damage, locking the parking brake and making them undrivable
