Experimental Utah Highway Patrol Mini Skin Pack 0.1

Hello, this is the very first Skin Pack I made. I will be adding more skins for a lot more vehicles later on like Maxie's CVPI and Hellish Arrows 20 EXP for example. Hope you enjoy it!

There are currently only 1 skin so far and that vehicle is the: Gavril Grand Marshal.
