Alpha Vehicle And Part Randomizer 1

In the recent BeamNG updates, the parts system has been changed, causing the "Crazy Contraptions / Part Randomizer Remastered" mod to break.
This was the reasoning behind the decision to do a remake. (Permission from @angelo234 is granted.)

Description

• UI is based on ImGui (Default key combination: Shift + Backspace)
• At the time of version 1, there are 3 buttons available:
  1. "Randomize Vehicle" (Replaces the current vehicle with a random configuration)
  2. "Randomize Parts" (Recursively installs random parts on the current vehicle)
  3. "Randomize Parts And Tuning" (Same as the previous button, but in addition sets random tuning values)

Known issues

• There is no verification of the final configuration. Powertrain parts may not be compatible with each other and the wrong fuel tank (with the wrong type of fuel) may be installed.
