Experimental Vehicle Global Strength, Weight, Size and Other Values Edit (WORKS FOR MODS!) 7.9.1

In this update, I added all of the new Sunburst features to the engine swaps menu, and there is quite a lot:

• Updated Hirochi F4 engines
• New F4 sounds from Sunburst and SBR4
• Wastegate control ECUs, and the new electronically controlled turbochargers that support them
• Anti-lag bypass system, including also a FCV variant, a customizable, very customizable, and random ones
• Electronically controlled CVT with built in reverse speed limiter, adaptive gears and fake shifting sport mode
• Viscous, active (Sport RS) and rally center differentials
• Clutch-type, helical and viscous limited slip front and rear diffs
• A config for the Sunburst with the old style CVT that has ridiculous top speed in reverse
• A few other funny configs
