Alpha Vivace automatic gearbox 0.2.1

Now sport automanual gearbox has gear whine just like sequential.

EXPERIMENTAL UPDATE:
This update is meant for bringing animated shifter to the vivace, you can select it as a shifter option. I managed to get is somewhere close to where it should be, but definetely not enough and it is why the update is experimental. I will fine tune the values later. Sadly there are no controllers for roating automatic shifter and I would have created my own if only I wasnt...

Now gear ratios are adjustable for the automanual transmission (Sport Auto). Also fixed the issue with the driveshaft, tuned default gear ratios and torque converter settings.
