Vixette SuperFox 1.1

A small update bringing a better handling model for the stock car and nozomi trims in the mod. They originally had a problem where the inner rear wheel would lift up in a turn and cause the car to start to slide before snapping back the other way. Hopefully this rework has resolved that problem and the cars handle better overall.

Changes to the stock car: a better suspension setup making it softer so it rolls into turns better rather than just sticking flat, reworked tire model giving it an easier time sliding so you can enter turns at higher speeds, And redone gearing that has lowered top speed but greatly increased the acceleration and powerband usage.

Changes to the nozomi: a better tire model rework giving it a ability to slide into corners like the stock car. And a better suspension system for it to roll into corners better.
