Alpha Volvo 960 3.0 '96 0.21

Re-exported with the new improved tire physics + made a better grille + head & taillights. The rear diff is now a manual locker, irl it would be one with a centrifugal clutch lock which disengages around 40 km/h but I'm not that well versed in lua so this will have to do for now
