Added ability to select car at the start of all scenarios except the Swashbuckler scenario
Changed intro texts to accommodate the vehicle select screen.
Known issue:
Baja6 does not find the waypoints when it loads so does nothing but spawn the car. I have looked at everything I can think of but I cannot work it out. This is the same without the select car function. Any help on this would be great, thanks.

One route has distant waypoints in straight line covering the full altitude range of the map and the other has waypoints far away from each other and in no particular direction from each other that you will not be able to see from each other. -
