It's update time!

New:
-Exempt plates, ranging from the late '60s to present day
-Current issue passenger and light truck plates

Fixed:
- All existing plates now have correct serial generation
- Fixed color balancing issue on the 1983-87 plate design
- Replaced expiration tabs on 1991-98 issue plates with better examples
- Replaced expiration tabs on 1983-87 issue plates with better examples

Still Need Doing:
-Combination plates
-Exempt plates for the 1950s/60s
-Trailer plates
-Other...

Hello! Today I am happy to announce the update for my Washington license plate mod.
In this update I included the plate designs from 1963-64, 1965-67, and 1968-82.
I will add a light update to adjust the Screen printed 83-87 plates green color.
