Beta WayLine Bus Controller 1.0.2

This update fixes numerous issues that have slipped past me when uploading V1.0 and V1.0.0, and are substantial enough for a proper version bump.


The UI has been remade, but is currently less accurate in displaying the display state.


Additionally, the PA system now functions as intended, reading the NEXT stop on arrival, announcing next stops between stops, as well as proper STOP-REQUEST handling.
