Weight Reduction Kits 1.9

- Added Stage 7 and 8 weight reduction for cars that can have it.

- Added weight increasing parts for cheating in derbies, escaping cops or just ramming into traffic GTA style. They're named Stage H, for heavy. Scroll down to find 'em.

Super-heavy H-Series with a mass of 6838kg and strengthened chassis. Also very slow.

- Fixed some values.


Due to my lack of knowledge and experience with modding, I probably won't be making this for modded cars anytime soon, as much as I personally want to. As it is, I'm already not satisfied with the fact that this mod technically uses the main jbeam file for cars. It'll probably take me a few dozen days and google searches before I can figure any of that out.
