Weight Reduction Kits 1.9

Alright so apparently I was being pepega and people actually liked the reinforcement stuff. Another pepega thing is that I was 90% done with the update for months but just forgot about BeamNG. Drive as I happen to get interested in other games.

So anyway this update adds Ballasts & Chassis Reinforcements.

There's two types of ballasts, realistic-ish and arcade. Realistic increases the weight of the car which decreases traction proportionally. Again, this just directly scales the weight up. It's not actually placing a physical ballast anywhere.
Arcade increases the weight of the car without losing any grip. Ballasts can be found in the 'weight reduction kits' category.



Chassis Reinforcement directly strengthens the hull of the car. It has no other effects. You can use this in conjunction with either weight reduction or ballasts.
