Weight Reduction Kits 1.9

- Updated jbeam files with ones from the 0.21 update.

- Added Stage 7 and 8 weight reduction for cars that can have it.

- Added weight increasing parts for cheating in derbies, escaping cops or just ramming into traffic GTA style. They're named Stage H, for heavy. Scroll down to find 'em.

Super-heavy H-Series with a mass of 6838kg and strengthened chassis. Also very slow.

- Fixed some values.


Due to my lack of knowledge and experience with modding, I probably won't be making this for modded cars...
