West Coast USA with working street lights

  1. Added more lights, added missing lam poles

    Hi there, I was told by a friend that there were missing lamp poles on this map. So I added them back into the game.
    everything I renamed/moved into another folder got deleted :/

    I also added more lights to the signs, streets and the Oil pump area.

    If you have any suggestions or problems regarding this map, feel free to pm me :D
