West Coast USA with Lights! 2.2

Hi there,
This is the first update since a few months and I found the time to add more lights this map.

I added lights to :

- Drag strip area and the area next to it.

- Constructionsite and the tunnel (in Downtown)


I am working on a "PERFORMANCE" - Version of this map for those, that don't have the power to run this one properly.
The performance-version is basicly the same but without shadows which did improve performance by about 20FPS (in my case) .
There is no release date yet but...

Done :

- Added more lights
(Highway, City area)
- Improoved colors on signs

Added lights to the updated version of West Coast USA.

Hi there, I was told by a friend that there were missing lamp poles on this map. So I added them back into the game.
everything I renamed/moved into another folder got deleted :/

I also added more lights to the signs, streets and the Oil pump area.
