Alpha Whalefred's Wooly Island 1.3

I've made various (mainly aesthetic) fixes including the following;

• New improved whales

• Modified tree models, trees no longer hover an inch above the floor
• Improved leafy texture on trees, mipmaps now working correctly

• Smoothed jagged area around the highest hill

• Adjusted some block positions to make them easier to drive up, over and on
• Added blocks around the main ramp that improve aesthetics and also slightly increased the possible jumping distance
