Beta Winds of Change 0.93

One day in and already tons of helpful feedback, I really appreciate it and hope you like these changes.

Changes:
- animation completely overhauled
- added preset wind settings
- fixed speed being about 3.57x (don't ask) faster than it should have been
- moved settings into toggle menu
- added angle range setting input
- added speed randomness setting input
- added angle randomness setting input
- added default settings reset button
- added app image

Fixes:
- fixed font changes applying globally
- major upgrades to setting input validation
- setting inputs now persist through menu opens
- wind state now persists through menu opens

Found issues:
- app still runs in background when paused (physics stopped, not menu opens)
- app requires user to click stop button first if start doesn't work (seems to only happen when UI is refreshed when wind is running, unlikely to be seen in non-dev environments)
- animation flickers a single frame when starting
- lines not visible on launch
