Wink Headlights 2.0

How to repair error: "Wink Headlights not present. Remove the key bindings to not see this message again."

How to make them move individually? I already put the winky lights on it and when I click on the K and L keys it doesn't do anything

This also has a hidden feature, it's perfect for making run-down configs of these cars, as you can have only one headlight work without having to deal with a massive gap where the other headlights should be
