- Revamped left foot map logic to fix problem that the lock will be instantly the minimum when left foot brake is at threshold, just like in RBR which is an error

With test it shows that 0.5 lsdLockCoef can split power 0 to 100, so I've reduced the maximum to 0.5.

- From interview sources actual WRC teams can homologate 2 sets of different power bias diffs, so I've changed to 33/67 for tarmac and 48/52 for gravel.

- Used tables in Jbeam and Lua.
